• The HD004 highway mounts provide a stylish alternative to having an engine guard to rest your feet on.  Allowing an 8-inch range of motion (4-inches forward or 4-inches back from the centerline of the frame tubes), the HD004 will accommodate any leg length. The rubber isolated pads prevent frame vibration from being transferred to your foot and the adjustable set screw design make for one of the most versatile and comfortable highway mount systems on the market.

Total length of the HD004 with peg extended is 13-inches and our folding clevis design allows the peg to fold up when not in use. To increase the total length of your HD004 highway mounts, check out our PEGSEXT-3 three-inch extensions. The HD004 arms clamp securely to a 1 1/2”-inch diameter frame tube and will not slip once installed.  CNC machined from billet aluminum and chrome plated, the HD004 features stainless steel hardware. To calculate the diameter of your frame down tubes, wrap a dollar bill around the frame tube, make a pencil mark where the bill overlaps, remove and measure the length between the marks.  A measurement of 3 1/2" is a diameter of 1 1/8" and will need our HD002 highway mount set.  A measurement of 4" is a diameter of 1 1/4" and will need our HD003 or HD003BK highway mount set.  A measurement of 4 11/16" is a diameter of 1 1/2" and will need our HD004 highway mount set. read more
