The HD004 highway mounts provide a stylish alternative to having an engine guard to rest your feet on.Ā Allowing an 8-inch range of motion (4-inches forward or 4-inches back from the centerline of the frame tubes), the HD004 will accommodate any leg length. The rubber isolated pads prevent frame vibration from being transferred to your foot and the adjustable set screw design make for one of the most versatile and comfortable highway mount systems on the market.
Total length of the HD004 with peg extended is 13-inches and our folding clevis design allows the peg to fold up when not in use. To increase the total length of your HD004 highway mounts, check out our PEGSEXT-3 three-inch extensions.
The HD004 arms clamp securely to a 1 1/2ā-inch diameter frame tube and will not slip once installed. Ā CNC machined from billet aluminum and chrome plated, the HD004 features stainless steel hardware.
To calculate the diameter of your frame down tubes, wrap a dollar bill around the frame tube, make a pencil mark where the bill overlaps, remove and measure the length between the marks.Ā A measurement of 3 1/2" is a diameter of 1 1/8" and will need our HD002 highway mount set.Ā A measurement of 4" is a diameter of 1 1/4" and will need our HD003 or HD003BK highway mount set.Ā A measurement of 4 11/16" is a diameter of 1 1/2" and will need our HD004 highway mount set.

The HDPBLABK-RE passenger board mounts offer the absolute best in passenger comfort and adjust-ability.Ā This set is specifically designed to function with the Rinehart True Dual Exhaust system.Ā The set comes with right and left side adjustable passenger board mount assemblies and accept your factory passenger boards or Harley-Davidson accessory passenger floorboardsĀ (passenger boards not supplied in the HDPBLABK-RE kit). The HDPBLABK-RE mounts offer a 9-inch range of rotational motion through twelve positions at two places on the mount arms.Ā To adjust board height, forward or rear location, and board angle pull out one of the knurled knobs, move the desired position, and let the knob go so it clicks into place; no tools required. Each HDPBLABK-RE mount set is CNC machined from T6061 aircraft quality billet aluminum, powder coated black, then hand assembled and inspected.

NOTEĀ ā Each of the rotating HDPBLABK-RE assemblies go through a multi-step adjustment and shimming process before being torqued to our exact specifications.Ā Therefore, rotating them to make adjustments may take a bit of force at first.Ā This is normal; and the assemblies will loosen up a bit as they get used.Ā We designed the HDPBLABK-RE for adjustment and stability when mounted, so adjusting them uninstalled while holding them in your hands will also be difficult.

Originally designed to increase the length of ourĀ HD002,Ā HD003,Ā HD003BK, andĀ HD004Ā highway mounts, the PEGSEXT-3 will also work with RIVCOāsĀ PEGS,Ā PEGSBK, andĀ PEGSW.Ā Installing the PEGSEXT is as easy as removing the center bolt from the peg, inserting the PEGSEXT-3 between the peg and the folding clevis assembly, and then inserting the longer center bolt through the peg and the PEGSEXT-3.
